Not losing isn't winning
Not getting caught isn't innocent
And just because you smile when you say it
Doesn't mean best wishes are being sent

Ignoring results doesn't mean
That they are not there
And isn't it odd how cold shoulders
Are often kin to hot air

And what kind of witness is it
That buries their heads or closes their eyes
And then wants to say they saw the truth
Because they did not see the telling of lies
